Q: Who is eligible for membership?

Those who have never been parents and plan to keep it that way.

Q: What kinds of activities does this group conduct?

A: So far, picnics/cookouts. We are open to suggestions.  What interests you? Perhaps restaurants, museums, nature/historic tours?

Q: Is No Kidding for couples or singles?

A: Both.

Q: Is there a membership application?

A: No. You can inform us of your email address or phone number. It's as simple as that. We will notify you of events.

Q: Are there membership dues?

A: Not at the Southern Maryland chapter.

Q: Who can join?

A: People who have never had children and plan to keep it that way.

Q: What if my significant other has children?

A: The founder of the first No Kidding chapter answers,

"Since NO KIDDING is open to anyone who has never had kids, the partner who is not a parent can join (by paying the membership fee, if there is one), and her spouse can come to activities as her guest (and pay the appropriate function fee, if there is one). If the childfree partner adopts the kid(s), s/he is now a parent, and, therefore, unable to join NO KIDDING!

"Members have a vote at policy meetings, while non-members have a voice, but no vote."

Q: Does No Kidding hate children?

A: There are no collective creeds here. Many of us adore children.
